Delivery Times

Delivery time is generally 7–15 business days after order placement. As we operate on a dropshipping basis, products are shipped directly from the manufacturer or supplier to you. In exceptional cases, delivery time may be extended up to 20 business days due to high order volume or delays at the supplier.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping for all orders within Germany. There are no additional shipping costs.

Shipping Area

We currently only deliver within Germany. Orders from abroad cannot be accepted.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that allows you to track the status of your delivery at any time.

Customs Duties & Taxes

For deliveries within Germany, no additional customs duties apply. The prices shown in our shop include the statutory value-added tax (VAT).

Damaged or Incorrect Goods

Should your order arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately by email. We will promptly arrange a solution and send you a replacement if necessary.
