General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

§1 Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders you place as a consumer (§ 13 BGB) via our online shop gymboix.de. The operator of the shop is Sebastian Schade, Grasbergerstr. 50, 28237 Bremen.

§2 Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order. By clicking the "Buy now" button, you place a binding order. Acceptance of your order occurs through an order confirmation via email or by delivery of the goods.

§3 Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are final prices in Euros and include statutory value-added tax. Any additional shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you before the order is completed.

§4 Payment

Payment is made using the payment methods offered during the ordering process (e.g., credit card, PayPal). The purchase price is due upon completion of the order.

§5 Delivery

We deliver within Germany. The delivery time is usually 7–14 business days, unless otherwise specified for the respective product. Please note that the goods are shipped directly to you by a third-party provider (dropshipping).

§6 Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain our property until full payment.

§7 Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. The warranty period is two years from the delivery of the goods.

§8 Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more details.

§9 Data Protection

The collection and processing of your personal data takes place in accordance with our data protection policy, which you can view on our website.

§10 Dispute Resolution

We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

§11 Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
